If someone is determined to take your personal belongings, a lock is not going to stop them. But, if you have entwined a cable lock through your bikes, a thief will most likely move on to an easier target rather than fiddle with unwrapping your cable lock.

One of the features of the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly for T2 Bike Carriers, # 752-1272-001, which you referenced, is the integrated cable lock which provides extra security for your bike. It retracts inside the upright post. You simply pull out the cable, and feed it through the frame of your bike. The cable comes back around into the plastic housing. A lock core secures the cable to the plastic housing.

You can change the lock core in the Thule Cable Lock, # TH538XT, to match the lock cores on your Thule bike rack. You will just want to buy a replacement lock core in addition to the cable lock. That's an interesting question and there is an option to add some security to the Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller # 34282730.
What you an do is use a cable lock to secure one of the legs of the solar panels to, for example, a leg of one of the jacks on your camper. Most theft is really based on opportunity so if someone sees a heavy-duty cable lock around the solar panels, they are going to keep right on going.

I checked with Yakima and they do not have replacements for the integrated security cable of the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103, so for a cable lock you would need to get a separate one.
For that I recommend the 3 foot RockyMounts Curly Combination Cable Lock # RKY3700 because of its programmable combination which makes it easy to take on and off and doesn't require a key you have to carry around.

To lock your bikes when using the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125, the best thing you can do to prevent theft is use a cable lock. You can thread these locks around the hitch receiver, through the mesh floor of the cargo carrier, or wherever is the most convenient.

The Swagman lock you asked about is 5/8" diameter, but has longer TPI, and there isn't a hitch lock that we offer that can work with the Reese Outfitter Adventure bike rack you have.
